The Big Idea: Center for Innovation (CFI) The Center for Innovation (CFI) was built on the vision that we can physically make a better world starting in our own back yard while helping to raise up the next generation of leaders and pacesetters. We have chosen a unique path in education by engaging students in class along with meaningful and investigative hands-on experience. South Kent School's Center for Innovation answers the question we have all asked while in class at one point: "When am I ever going to need this?" By leveraging the knowledge base gained in classroom study, we have to opportunity to help cement pertinent ideas in the minds of our boys through action and inquiry.
